During our family stay at South Iceland Guesthouse, we found a cozy retreat amidst the rugged Icelandic landscapes. The friendly staff facilitated a smooth check-in, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that breakfast was included-a delightful start to our days exploring. The shared lounge and kitchen were spacious and clean, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for families.One evening, we were lucky to witness the mesmerizing Northern Lights through the guesthouse's beautiful window, creating a magical moment for us all. The free Wi-Fi kept us connected while the restaurant across the road provided convenient dining options.Although the guesthouse is a bit secluded from towns, its location on the Ring Road offers easy access to various attractions, like the option to do an island tour, which we greatly enjoyed. South Iceland Guesthouse provided a family-friendly base for our Icelandic adventures, leaving us with cherished memories of our time in this enchanting land.
